Purchase and payment
How do I pay?
Right on the product page: SBP or crypto via Platega. After payment you land on the order page where the product appears.
Can I pay through a direct bank transfer?
Pay on the site only. Never send money to details received in private messages — we do not send them.
Why can the price differ from an old post?
The website displays the current catalog price. The final amount is always confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
Why use Plati?
Plati records the order, payment and deal chat. It is available when you prefer marketplace protection.
Delivery and warranty
When will my product arrive?
Every product page states its delivery time. Automatic products are delivered by the system; manual items are completed by the seller.
What if it does not arrive?
Message the seller on Telegram or in the deal chat and include your order number. Never post keys or passwords publicly.
What warranty applies?
Each product has its own warranty terms displayed before checkout.
Can I return a digital product?
It depends on the product, whether delivery has occurred and the reason for the request. Support checks the order against the pre-purchase terms.
AI APIs
How do I connect the API?
Use https://cifrasales.ru/v1 as the base URL and your personal key as an OpenAI-compatible provider. Examples are available on the AI API page.
What happens when the balance runs out?
New requests stop, while your key and dashboard remain. Every site order is a new key; top up an existing key via the Telegram bot.
Can I share my key?
The key provides access to your balance. Do not publish it or paste it into untrusted websites or extensions.
Where can I see usage?
Your personal dashboard shows the remaining balance and model-level usage history. A demo is available at /d/demo.
Games and currency
Do you need my Steam password to buy a game?
No. A game request only needs a store page link; the game is sent as a gift to your account.
How is in-game currency delivered?
By player ID (and server if the game asks for it); no password needed. Details are checked before payment.
Where do I get a top-up code?
Overwatch, Apex and App Store are delivered as a code shown on the order page after payment.
